We will tell you the truth.
Even when it costs us the account.
Pricing

Two packages. Real numbers.

No "contact us for pricing." No discovery call before you are allowed to know the cost. The figures are on this page because hiding them is the first small lie an agency tells you.

Free, and no call required

Connect Search Console. Get the findings other agencies save for the pitch.

Read-only, runs in your browser, and nothing reaches our server. We will not even know you ran it unless you tell us.

Brand terms are what makes this useful. Everything below is calculated on non-branded queries only, because branded clicks flatter every report ever written.

Read-only access. No account created, no email captured, no data stored.

Step 01

Tell us what you actually want. We will tell you what to buy.

Different goals need different work. Picking one changes the recommendation below, including the times we recommend the cheaper thing.

Conversion

Bolts onto either package. Traffic that does not convert is a cost, not an asset.

  • Conversion audit of every page that touches money.
  • Two structured experiments a month, with the hypothesis written before the result.
  • Landing page copy and wireframes. Your developers build them.
  • Form, funnel and event tracking specified so the numbers can be trusted.
  • An experiment log that records the losses as plainly as the wins.

The rate we publish
$1,000per 50,000 words

That is $0.02 a word. Additional volume at the same rate, with no markup.

Now the part other agencies will not put in writing.

At two cents a word, a human is not typing every word. AI does the drafting. People do the thinking, the direction, the editing and the fact-checking, and nothing publishes without a person who understands the subject going through it.

We could hide that and charge you fifteen cents a word for the same process. That is the going rate for pretending. Instead we publish the real cost, because the writing is not where your money should go.

You are paying us to know which 50,000 words are worth writing. That part is expensive, and it is the part that moves revenue.

Not line items

Some things we just do, and the invoice does not change.

Traffic-drop forensics. Migration checks. Cannibalisation diagnosis. Index-bloat cleanup lists. Core update analysis.

These are not packaged, priced or upsold. If your project needs one, we do it, and it costs you nothing extra. Agencies that itemise this kind of work have an obvious incentive to keep finding more of it.

All prices in US dollars. Month to month, thirty days notice, no minimum term. Everything we build stays yours when you leave.

Not Included

What we do not sell, at any price.

Most agencies bury this. It is the part that decides whether we are a fit.

Technical implementation

We do not touch your codebase, your server or your CMS build. We diagnose, we write the spec, your developers ship it. If you have no developers, tell us before we start.

Web development or design builds

We give you copy, wireframes and structure. We do not build the pages. Anyone selling you SEO and the build is charging you twice for one opinion.

Paid media

We will happily tell you when paid is the better use of this budget. We will not take a percentage of it.

Guaranteed rankings or traffic

Nobody can sell you a position. Anyone who does is selling the pitch, not the outcome.

Digital PR or link building

We do not sell it in any form. Not outreach, not placements, not link buying. If links are genuinely what you need, we will tell you and point you at someone who does it properly.

A cheaper tier

There is no starter package. Below this budget we cannot do work that beats what you would get by hiring one good person in-house. We will tell you that instead.

The Comparison

We are not the cheapest. Here is what the cheaper options cost you.

Compare on the terms, not the invoice. The invoice is the least interesting column.

These are typical market ranges and typical behaviours across the category, based on what we have seen from the inside. They are not quotes from, or claims about, any named agency. Get real quotes and compare them against this table line by line. If a competitor beats us on a row, that is worth knowing before you sign anything, including with us.

The Awkward Questions

Answered here, so you do not have to ask them on a call.

Why are you this expensive when you have no case studies?

Fair question, and the honest answer is that the price is not a reflection of our track record. It is what this work costs to do properly with senior people and without volume-filling the retainer.

We could charge less by putting juniors on it. Then you would be paying for the thing we built this agency to stop doing. If the lack of case studies is a dealbreaker, it should be, and you should wait.

Can I get a cheaper version?

No. Below $4,000 a month we cannot beat what you would get by hiring one good person in-house, so we would be selling you something worse than the alternative and taking a margin on it.

If that is where you are, say so in the first email. We will tell you what to hire for.

What happens if it does not work?

You will hear it from us before you work it out yourself. The monthly report opens with what underperformed, and if the engagement stops paying for itself we will say so and end it.

There is no notice period to trap you and no clawback. Thirty days and you are out with everything we built.

Why is technical SEO not included?

We diagnose technical problems and we write the fix as a spec. We do not implement it. Your developers know your stack, your release process and your risk tolerance better than we ever will.

Agencies that sell the diagnosis and the fix have an obvious incentive to find a lot of fixes. We would rather not have that incentive at all.

At two cents a word, is a human writing this?

Not every word, no, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. AI does the drafting. People do the research, the structure, the direction, the editing and the fact-checking, and nothing goes live without someone who understands the subject reading it properly.

Most agencies run a near-identical process and charge fifteen to fifty cents a word for it. We publish the real rate instead. If you want a hand-crafted thought-leadership piece with an author byline and original interviews, that is a different service and we are not it.

Judge the output, not the process. Ask us for samples before you sign anything.

Why will you not do link building?

Because we are not good enough at it to charge you for it, and because most of what is sold as digital PR is a rented placement that stops working the moment you stop paying.

If your problem is genuinely authority, say so early. We will tell you plainly that we are the wrong agency and point you at someone who does it properly.

Do I have to pay for the audit?

No. The verdict is free and it always will be. You get a written answer on what is actually wrong and whether we are the right people to fix it.

A meaningful share of those verdicts end in "not us, and here is why." That is the point of doing it before any money changes hands.

How long before this works?

Content and AI visibility usually show movement in eight to sixteen weeks. Competitive organic positions take longer, often two to three quarters, and sometimes they never arrive because the market is harder than it looked.

We will give you a range and the assumptions behind it for your specific situation. We will not give you a single confident number, because nobody honest can.

Step 02

Get the verdict before you spend a dollar.

Send your domain, your goal, and what you have already tried. You get a written answer on what is actually wrong and which package, if any, is the right one.

The verdict is free · Replies within two working days · No drip, no follow-up bot
